Zenvi is a website chatbot you set up in three steps: give it your website, pick your business type from more than 100 categories, and add anything else you want it to know. From there, it answers questions the way a well-trained front-desk person would: it knows your services, your hours, your general policies, and how customers in your specific industry usually ask about them.
It runs on your website as a chat widget. Visitors type a question, Zenvi answers from what it knows about your business, and if it hits something it can't answer well, it says so instead of guessing.

This is Zenvi's core AI behavior, and it's the one most other chatbot platforms don't build for. A bot that guesses and sounds sure about it is worse than one that says nothing. It tells a customer the wrong return policy, and you find out from the chargeback.
While a conversation is happening, Zenvi tracks its own performance in real time. On the Pro plan, if it starts repeating the same answer, a visitor keeps rephrasing the same question, or the AI itself isn't confident in its reply, that gets flagged automatically. You get an email with the conversation attached, and a toggle in your dashboard to switch that one conversation from AI to you, live. On every plan, questions Zenvi couldn't answer well are flagged in your Training feedback dashboard, so you always know exactly what to add.
If a visitor asks for a human directly, Zenvi doesn't stall with a fake "someone will be right with you." It shares whatever contact option you've set up: your booking link, phone number, email, or social profile.
