You don't write or edit this code, you just copy it. After you build your chatbot (give it your website URL, pick your business type, add anything else it should know), Zenvi finishes training it and shows you a live preview screen. Your one-line embed snippet sits right there on that screen, in a box with a copy button next to it.
If you ever need it again, open your dashboard, click into that chatbot, and look under Website integration. The same snippet is there any time, with a copy button, so you can grab it again without rebuilding anything.
The snippet looks like this, with your own chatbot's key filled in automatically:
