Zenvi connects to what you already run
Shopify, HubSpot, and literally any tool that accepts a webhook: Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, n8n, or your own server. No developer required for any of it.
What does Zenvi integrate with?
Shopify
Syncs your product catalog so the chatbot answers real pricing and inventory questions, not guesses.
HubSpot
Pushes every captured lead straight into your HubSpot contacts.
Works with anythingZapier, Make, GoHighLevel & more
Paste a webhook URL. Every new lead POSTs there as JSON, the moment it's captured.
If a tool you use isn't listed above, the webhook option still works. It isn't limited to the integrations named here. Any platform that can receive an HTTP POST can receive your Zenvi leads.
What does Zenvi integrate with?
Three ways, depending on what you already use: Shopify for product catalog sync, HubSpot for lead sync, and a generic webhook for Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, n8n, or literally any platform that can receive an HTTP POST.
Does Zenvi connect to Shopify?
Yes. Connect your store once, and Zenvi pulls your real product catalog so the chatbot can answer questions like "do you have this in size 10" or "how much is shipping" using your actual inventory and pricing, not a canned script. This is a standard Shopify app install: you click connect, Shopify shows you its own permission screen, you approve it. Zenvi never sees your Shopify password.
Does Zenvi connect to HubSpot?
Yes. Connect your HubSpot portal once, and every lead the chatbot captures goes straight into your HubSpot contacts with the conversation context attached. Uses OAuth, so you connect your own account and Zenvi never asks for your CRM password directly. Salesforce support is planned for a future release, use the generic webhook option to push leads into Salesforce via Zapier or Make in the meantime.
Can I connect Zenvi to Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel?
Yes, and this is the option that actually covers everything else too. Paste a webhook URL from Zapier's "Catch Hook" trigger, Make's "Custom Webhook," or GoHighLevel's "Inbound Webhook," and every new lead fires a plain JSON POST to that URL the moment it's captured. This isn't limited to those three. Any tool that can receive a webhook, including a server you built yourself, works the same way.
Do I need a developer to set any of this up?
No. Every integration here is click-connect or paste-a-URL. Shopify and HubSpot use OAuth, so the whole setup is clicking "Connect," approving on the provider's own screen, and coming back. Nothing to install, nothing to configure in code. The webhook option is one URL pasted into one field.
