An AI that says "I don't know" instead of guessing
Most chatbots are built to always have an answer, even when they don't actually know one. That's how a visitor ends up with the wrong return policy or a made-up price, stated confidently. Zenvi is built the other way: when it isn't trained on something, it says so instead of filling the gap with a guess.
AI-struggle detection (Pro)
While a conversation is happening, Zenvi watches for the signs an AI is stuck: giving the same answer more than once, a visitor repeating the same question a different way, or the AI itself showing low confidence in what it just said. Any of those trigger the escalation automatically.
Owner email alert
The moment struggle is detected, you get an email with the conversation attached. No dashboard-refreshing required to notice a visitor is stuck, it comes straight to your inbox.
AI/Human toggle, per conversation
Open your dashboard and switch that specific conversation from AI to you. You start typing, the visitor gets a real reply from a real person, and every other conversation on your site keeps running on the AI exactly as before. Nothing site-wide changes, just that one chat.
This escalation system is part of the Pro plan. On every plan, the underlying behavior is the same: Zenvi answers from what it actually knows about your business, and admits it when it doesn't know something, rather than improvising an answer that sounds right.
Conversation summaries stay in your dashboard
You see an AI-generated summary of each conversation inside your own Zenvi dashboard. There's no transcript export or copy feature anywhere in the product, for you or for your visitors, by design.
While it's answering, it's also capturing leads
A small in-chat form collects a visitor's name, email, and phone. Zenvi scores each lead hot, warm, or cold based on what was actually said in the conversation, pushes it straight to your CRM, and emails the visitor a copy of the conversation when one is available.
