Your data isn't the product

Zenvi doesn't collect, sell, or share the personal data that comes through your chatbot. Every chatbot widget displays this same commitment directly in the chat window, it isn't just policy on a page somewhere.

There is no conversation export or download feature, by design. Conversation summaries are visible to the business owner inside their own dashboard only, never to a third party, and never copyable or exportable. Keeping conversation data contained is how this promise stays true, not just a stated policy.

Who is responsible for what a chatbot says

The business using Zenvi is responsible for their own chatbot's answers and behavior. Businesses should test their chatbot after setup and verify its responses before relying on it with real customers.

If a business notices a training issue or a wrong-answer pattern, they should contact Zenvi by email, and Zenvi will fix or correct the chatbot's training. This gives businesses a clear, actionable path, test, report, and Zenvi corrects it, rather than an unresolved gray area.

What we store

We store what's needed to run your chatbot: your account details, the website content and documents you provide for training, conversation logs used to generate your dashboard summaries and lead records, and the leads your chatbot captures (name, email, phone, as provided by your visitors). We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
