What does the integration actually do?
It sends a plain JSON payload (name, email, phone, bot name, and the lead's last message) to whatever URL you paste. No middleware, no vendor lock-in. Works with Zapier's "Catch Hook" trigger, Make's "Custom Webhook," GoHighLevel's "Inbound Webhook," n8n if you run your own, or a server you built yourself.
How do I connect it?
Grab a webhook URL from your tool (Zapier, Make, and GoHighLevel each have their own "create a webhook trigger" step), paste it into your bot's settings under Lead Webhook, and save. Every new lead posts there automatically from that point on.
Is my data safe?
You control exactly where this goes, since you supply the URL. Zenvi retries a failed delivery once before giving up, so a brief outage on your end doesn't silently drop a lead.
